My Vintage Stuffs - Policies





My Vintage Stuffs Customer's Policies:

1. All trades are done in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Any buyer which outside from Malaysia are encourage to contact us before making any transactions.

2. All price stated are Negotiable. But, it must be on both side agreement between us and customer.

3. All foreign currencies are accepted for outside Malaysia, and the rate of currencies exchange will be made based on the time of transaction.

4. All transaction will be posted to the buyer. We usually NOT accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Domestic courier will be charged RM 7.00 each item unless stated. Outside Malaysia will be based on the charges of the courier service provider. But, in a certain cases, COD can be accepted. Customer need to discuss first with us.

5. We DO NOT responsible of any mistakes or typographical error in giving us any important details such as address, email or contact number before the goods sent. The latest updates on details before goods sent will be used.

6. All goods will be sent to the buyer within THREE (3) days of working days after the transaction are made.

7. Tracing number from the courier will be given to buyer as soon as the item handed to the courier service provider.

8. Reservation can be made giving some deposite to us. The ammount needed to made a reservation are HALF from the price agreed by both parties. Maximum reservation periods are THREE (3) weeks.

9. Any reservation cancellation will be refunded back to the customer's. The refund will be done in SEVEN (7) days of working days.

10. Customer's name will be posted to the item. No hidden identity will be entertained.

11. All item will be put on sale via First Come, First Serve basis based on customer enquiry date and time.
